2.2 Contractual Agreement
All projects require a signed contract between you (the “Client”) and Genesis Builders Inc. outlining the specifics of the work to be performed. The contract will include project details, timelines, payment terms, and other essential information.
- Project Timeline and Deliverables
3.1 Project Commencement
Genesis Builders Inc. will begin work on a project once the contract has been signed, all necessary permits have been acquired, and the initial payment (if applicable) has been made.
3.2 Delays
While we strive to meet agreed timelines, unforeseen delays can occur due to weather conditions, material shortages, or other external factors. In such cases, we will notify the Client as soon as possible and work to minimize delays.
3.3 Completion

These Terms and Conditions, along with any signed contracts, represent the entire agreement between the Client and Genesis Builders Inc..
11.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
11.3 Assignment
Genesis Builders Inc. may assign or transfer rights under this agreement to third parties without the Client’s consent, provided such transfer does not affect the overall terms and conditions.
